In a challenging competitive environment, our company place great emphasis on the quality customer service and therefore through our own R&D department we provide the development from simple packages to complicated interoperable packages.

 

By the use of the construction CAD software and experienced employers, we propose a design, ideal products layout, as well as suitable material for your packages.  By an optimal placement of products, we minimize logistical costs, while maintaining simple and quick handling of the goods.

 

An actual development of the packaging includes several steps:

 

1. Analysis of customer’s requirements

An initial analysis of customer needs will enable us to design a suitable type of material, construction, and logistics for the future packaging. The basis for the development of the package can come in 2D, or more precisely, 3D drawing documentation, physical part, as well as other specifications of non-standard requirements.

 

2. Development of packaging

Based on a detailed analysis of the customer's needs, our construction department will propose optimized design using CAD software, as well as a suitable type of material. If necessary, several solutions are the subject of the proposal.

 

3. Production of functional sample

Once the initial design has been agreed, the customer is provided with a functional sample to test the packaging in practice.

 

4. Serial production

If the physical sample is recognized as approved and the technical documentation is confirmed, the product is included in the serial production.
