FOAM INSERTS AND FIXATIONS

Fixations of technical foams are tailored according to the requirements of the customer and therefore perfectly protect the goods against bumping and scratching during the handling. We use a wide range of foam materials (PE, XPE, EVA, PUR) for their production which differ in their physical properties and are available in different densities, color, closed and open cellular structure. Because of their versatility and the possibility of combining them with different materials, they are widely used as transport packaging, separators, internal fixings, etc., especially in the automotive and electrotechnical industry.

Foam inserts for cases

 

Our company provides the delivery of transport cases including internal foam packaging as required by the customer. For the production of foam fillings, we use modern CNC milling machine that is able to produce perfect foam protection for sensitive equipment and products. Foams of different mechanical properties, as well as color variations, are available.
